Isn't tofu supposed to be soft..? So what is your reaction when its sitting in front of you and its fried? Place them carefully in your mouth one by one or grab a handful and go for it! Spice your crispy noodle up a notch by dipping in your favorite sauce before indulging, but don't be surprised if you become an instant fan of tofu.
